Hello!
My name is Aaron Crane.
Welcome to my website. I wanted to include this page to let you know a little about me and what I do. I grew up on a potato farm in Idaho, and learned the ethic of hard work at a young age. After leaving the farm it took me a while to find what I really wanted to do. After bouncing around a few majors, and Universities I found myself in southern Utah exploring new ventures.
I am a graduate of Utah Tech University where I studied film and photography. I got my introduction behind the camera around middle school. I took a black and white photography class, and it just took off from there. In high school I injured my foot in football practice, and I couldn't play. So in during my recovery I helped my team by filming practices, and games. While I was going to to school I worked for a sports website called Utah Sports Action where I filmed games, and created highlights. Sports really drove me to dive deeper into the digital media realm.
In college I didn't know exactly what I wanted to study for my major. So I always snuck a photography class in when I could. Eventually I found myself at Utah Tech University. I was sitting down with my counselor who started talking about the film program. He told me the the head of the department worked for NFL Films. Right then and there I was sold. So that is when I decided to not only make film and photography my major, but my profession as well.
Upon graduation I was awarded the Excellence in Digital Film award for 2016.
I have been working in this field for eight years now, and have found success. In 2018 I was awarded Best in Video at Canyon Media, and in 2021 I was awarded Creator of the year.
I am a certified drone pilot, and I am passionate about my craft. My goal is to deliver the best product possible to my clients.
